Massage Techniques Used.


Remedial Massage: 

After the objective assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of the signs, symptoms and causes of biomechanical dysfunction or injury, using specific mobilisation techniques, in order to restore normal health and function


Sports Massage: 

This is an application of massage, not a particular massage technique.  Sports massage is a blend of techniques that aim to enhance performance and help overworked muscles to recover quickly.  Deep tissue massage can be beneficial to people that do not take part in sport too.

Aromatherapy Massage: 

Relaxation techniques used alongside the use of 100 % Essential Oils.  Three oils will be blended in your oil to help with various ailments that you may have.

Reflexology:

An ancient art which believes the whole body is represented in the feet.  Working on different reflex points in the feet we can balance the body and create a feeling of wellbeing.
