Welcome to Muscle Solutions, we would like to introduce you to our business and showcase everything that we offer.

Muscle Solutions is a family run business, that encourages a more alternative and holistic approach to living a healthy, happy life.  Our massage and health therapy centre is based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. We help clients all across the Ashfield area and as far as Amber valley.  We strive to offer the best customer service and thrive on receiving positive feedback from our clients regarding their health and pain management improvement.  We have a male and female therapist, who are highly trained in the various treatments that they offer.

Muscle Solutions offers a combination of different massage techniques and pressures to suit the client’s needs to aid recovery.  Both therapists have an holistic approach to the treatments, and because all our clients are unique, each treatment is adapted to the injury or disease.  All treatments are standardised at Muscle Solutions with in-house techniques and you are sure to be relaxed in our beautiful shop.   A great deal of time and consideration has gone into the ambience and environment to improve your experience at Muscle Solutions.

Consultation is included in all our treatments at no additional charge. If we feel that you could benefit from other forms of alternative medicine or therapy we will help you make an informed decision.

We hope you love our website and shop as much as we do, and would love to meet you in person.

Kind Regards

The Muscle Solutions Team
